Monday Beach Outlook: Rainy and windy, some rain will be heavy at times. Areas of fog in the morning too. Winds northeast around 15-20kts with gusts up to 30kts. Highs in the upper 50s to near 60 at beaches. Water temperatures in the upper 60s. Rough surf at 6-8 feet with a HIGH rip current risk.
