Typical New England weather….91 one afternoon, 52 the next. What will Memorial Day be like? Kind of in between Saturday and Sunday.
We’ll wake up to lots of clouds on Monday, but we should be rain-free.
Low clouds and patchy fog will slowly break, and we’ll get some some peeks of sun in the morning, but expect a mainly cloudy AM. Any parades/ceremonies look okay weather-wise on Monday.
Temperatures will slowly rise through the 50s Monday morning…up to about 61 by noon.
Through the afternoon, we’ll see more and more sunshine…especially in western RI. The clouds may hang tough in southeast Massachusetts.
As a result of extra sunshine, western Rhode Island will likely be warmer than the East Bay.
Central and northern RI will get some PM sun and temperatures will get into the upper 60s in the Providence area and low 70s in northwest RI.
Expect lots of clouds over Fall River and New Bedford on Monday, but some sunny breaks are likely. Temperatures will be a little cooler as a result of the cloud cover.
Have a safe Memorial Day.
