Clouds will thicken with areas of fog developing early Monday. There could be a few showers early Monday morning, but most arrive later in the day.

Showers and possibly some t’storms push through Southeast New England mid-day and through the afternoon on Monday. There will be a lot of moisture in the air on Monday, so heavy rainfall is possible. The heavy rain could slow traffic at times as visibility could be briefly reduced.

It’ll be cooler on Monday with highs in the 70s with the clouds and an easterly wind in place.
