PROVIDENCE, RI (WPRI) – The Providence College hockey team is in danger of missing the NCAA Tournament after losing a decisive game three of their Hockey East  Quarterfinals series with Boston College.

After taking game one on Friday night, the Friars dropped two in a row against the Eagles, ending their conference tournament run. 

Providence was considered a strong candidate to make the NCAA Tournament prior to the Hockey East Tournament.
