ATLANTA (WPRI) — The excitement is building in Atlanta for Super Bowl LII and the Eyewitness News New England Nation crew is there, bringing fans live reports leading up to Sunday’s big game.
Sports Director Yianni Kourakis and reporter Ruthie Polinsky have already been exploring the setup in and around Mercedes Benz Stadium.
The city is a buzz with Super Bowl fever, with final preparations underway as fans flock to the city to celebrate football and the biggest game of the year.
From the moment fans, media and teams arrive they’re met with big welcoming signs and official Super Bowl greeters, along with plenty of merchandise for sale.
Closer to the stadium, the famed radio row is setting up, readying for all the interviews with players from the New England Patriots and the Los Angeles Rams ahead of game day.
