(WPRI) — Bishop Hendricken ace Alex Clemmey has been named the Gatorade Rhode Island Baseball Player of the Year.
The Vanderbilt commit has 84 strikeouts in 35.2 innings pitched with a 0.59 ERA. The 6-foot-6 left-handed pitcher is projected to be an early round pick in the upcoming MLB Draft.
