EAST GREENWICH, R.I. (WPRI) — Junior pitcher Ava Fairbanks struck out 14 batters as East Greenwich rolled to a 8-0 win over North Providence on Thursday afternoon. The Lady Cougars could only muster two hits off Fairbanks.
With the win, East Greenwich wins their 16th straight and remain atop the D2 standings.
