EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — East Providence punched its ticket to the Division III girls lacrosse semifinals with a comfortable 11-2 win against Cranston East Thursday night.
After the two teams combined for a total five goals in the first half, the Townies broke the game open in the second half, scoring eight unanswered. They will face top-seed Narragansett on Tuesday.
