BRISTOL, CT (WPRI) — Cumberland’s Little League team stumbled in their first Regional game against Connecticut (Fairfield American) by a score of 3-1. Cameron Slack hit a solo homerun in the third inning before Fairfield nipped Cumberland for three runs in the fourth inning.
Cumberland now plays New Jersey on Sunday night in the elimination game, first pitch at 7 p.m.
