1 1/2 ozRamazotti
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz POM wonderful juice
3 dash Aphrodite bitters
3 oz Sparkling sake
Method: Shake all except for sake with ice and strain into martini glass.
Garnish: star anise
Spiced Up
1 1/2 oz Ancho Reyes
2 oz cold brew coffee
1 oz dairy product of choice
2 dash Aphrodite bitters
Method: Shake all very well with ice and strain over ice into a wine glass.
Garnish: Shaved chocolate
