Bee Green
2 oz. Sustainably-infused vodka (vodka infused with fruit and vegetable scraps)
1 oz. OM meyer lemon and ginger liqueur (organic liqueur)
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz. fresh orange juice
1/2 oz. matcha green tea honey syrup
METHOD: Build ingredients directly into a tall glass with ice and stir briefly.
GARNISH: lemon and orange peels
* All leftover fruits from juicing will be repurposed in future cocktails, food, and infusions.
Rhode Show 10-Year Fizz
1 1/2 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Ramazzatti Amaro
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
3/4 oz. honey syrup
1 egg white
5 raspberries
Top w/ Soda Water + Sparkling Wine
METHOD: Shake all ingredients (except ginger beer) very well with ice. Then strain out ice and shake again without the ice. Pour directly into a martini or coupe glass that has some ginger beer already in it. Top off with the soda water and sparkling wine.
GARNISH: fresh mint sprig + edible silver leaf + Dunkin Donut on the side (or on the rim)
Michaela’s Mocktail (spring edition)
2 oz. Seedlip
2 oz. limeade
5 raspberries
Ginger Beer
METHOD: Shake first three ingredients very well with ice and strain into martini glass. Top off w/ ginger beer.
GARNISH: fresh mint leaf
