You’ve likely seen some of Ian Cozzens’ art as you walk around the city of Providence. He has a love for not just the city and everything it represents, but also for its architecture.
Ian is originally from Philadelphia, but graduated from The University of Chicago. Providence was the perfect inspiration for his art.
“I think the best way to describe Ian Cozzens is somebody whose almost on a quest to make sense of this post-industrial landscape that we live in, here in Rhode Island,” said Asher Schofield, owner of Frog and Toad. You can actually find some of Ian’s work at Frog and Toad on Hope Street.
“Many of his prints have hung on the walls of City hall. They are incredibly popular and make great gifts,” Schofield said.
Frog and Toad is a great supporter of a lot of Rhode Island artists.
