Brendan was live for a preview of the weekend fun coming back to Newport, with the 37th Annual Great Chowder Cook-Off.

He spoke with Michele Maker Palmieri of Waterfront Productions, Chef Scott Cowell from the Bristol Plymouth Technical Regional School- Culinary Program and his students, and Christine Bouvier, Host of the Culinary Tent and Food Blogger for “Heart of My h-OM”.

Clyde the Clam – the Chowder Cook-Off mascot – was also there for the fun!
