Today on The Rhode Home we’re talking about a new road that’s been installed in North Kingstown – Morning Side Drive, home to Reynolds Farm – one of the largest developments in the last 50 years in Rhode Island. Hugh Fisher of H.A. Fisher Homes and NiRoPe were here.

Ron, a few weeks ago you and your brothers attended the opening of the three model homes at Reynolds Farm – tell us about that day and working with them.

“Any day you can help cut the ribbon on a development that includes more than 200 homes is a great day for Rhode Island, and especially my home town of North Kingstown. As you mentioned, this is one of the largest developments to be undertaken in the state in the last 50 years and after walking through the three model homes – it’s clear that Hugh and his team have certainly put together absolutely gorgeous homes that will become quite the community right off of Post Road. Having worked with Hugh in the past on different projects – they’re always looking to utilize the latest technology and they’ve done that with these homes, including the highest efficiency in heating and electrical, powerhouse solar shingles help reduce energy costs and dependency and many more features. You need to get down there to take a tour for yourself,” said Ron Cardi.

Cardi’s Furniture played the best role they possibly could with this – the furnishings!

“It’s what we do! It’s really part of our launch of a new program we have called decorating solutions where we can come out to your house and and help make it the home of your dreams. The furniture you see in the video, photos, and in-person if you go take a tour was all picked out and arranged by one of our on-staff designers – Jody Disarro. Customers have already been coming in and saying – ‘the living room in the Kingstown model at Reynolds Farm… I want that!’ And we can absolutely make that happen. Hugh and his team have done a wonderful job bringing this all together and it’s really like the saying goes – ‘a rising tide raises all ships’ with this project it’s making jobs for construction companies, electricians and plumbers, lumberyards, supply shops, the tech industry, home furnishings and mattresses, landscapers, and many more. This is a perfect example of what can happen when you have excellent businesses coming together to make a difference in Rhode Island. We’re proud to be part of it,” said Pete Cardi.
