Ingredients:

  • 12 oz bone-in filet mignon

For the Filet Rub:

  • garlic powder
  • paprika
  • roasted tea leaves
  • fresh black pepper
  • sea salt

For the Risotto:

  • local wild mushrooms
  •  Arborio rice
  • chicken stock
  • marsala wine
  • shallot
  • garlic
  • butter
  • cream
  • salt and pepper
  • herbed cream cheese

For the Herbed Cream Cheese:

  • cream cheese
  • butter
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • chives
