In the Kitchen: Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz sashimi grade ahi tuna
  • 1/2 cup of edamame, shelled and cooked
  • 2 oz sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 oz scallions, chopped
  • 1 tbl furikake (japanese seasoning)
  • 1 tbl sesame seeds

Sauce:

  • 1/4 soy sauce
  • 1 tbl sesame oil
  • 1 tbl chili oil
  • 1 tbl sriracha
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Put all ingredients in bowl, mix together sauce and pour over bowl. Enjoy!
