- 6 oz sashimi grade ahi tuna
- 1/2 cup of edamame, shelled and cooked
- 2 oz sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 1 oz scallions, chopped
- 1 tbl furikake (japanese seasoning)
- 1 tbl sesame seeds
- 1/4 soy sauce
- 1 tbl sesame oil
- 1 tbl chili oil
- 1 tbl sriracha
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Put all ingredients in bowl, mix together sauce and pour over bowl. Enjoy!
