In the Kitchen: Lobster-Corn Fritter and Chipotle Aioli

Celebrity Chef Kevin Des Chanes or Kev D, joins us in the Rhode Show kitchen making Lobster-Corn Fritter and Chipotle Aioli.

Ingredients for Lobster-Corn Fritter:

  • Lobster Ckl meat
  • Corn
  • All Purpose Flour
  • Whole Milk
  • Baking Powder
  • Eggs

Directions for Lobster-Corn Fritter:

  1. Lightly Roast corn until edges are golden brown
  2. Drain Lobster meat and rough chop
  3. Mix all ingredients until a thick batter forms
  4. Using a 1oz scoop add batter to fryolator at 350

Ingredients for Chipotle Aioli:

  • Mayo
  • Stone ground Mustard
  • Can Chipotle in Adobo
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Lime juice

Directions for Chipotle Aioli:

  1. Mix all ingredient's and place in squeeze bottle
