Chef Dave Steger of Grid Iron Ale House & Grille joined us in The Rhode Show kitchen to show us how to make their Fish Tacos.
- 8 oz Haddock
- Cajun Seasoning
- Taco Shells
- Shredded lettuce
- Pico de gallo
- Cole Slaw
- Chipotle mayo
- Gently brown the outside of the taco in butter on the grille.
- Blacken 8 oz of haddock with cajun seasoning and crumble it onto the tacos
- Fill with shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, cole slaw and drizzle chipotle mayo.
