In the Kitchen: Fish Tacos

In the Kitchen

Chef Dave Steger of Grid Iron Ale House & Grille joined us in The Rhode Show kitchen to show us how to make their Fish Tacos.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Haddock
  • Cajun Seasoning
  • Taco Shells
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Pico de gallo
  • Cole Slaw
  • Chipotle mayo

Directions:

  1. Gently brown the outside of the taco in butter on the grille.
  2. Blacken 8 oz of haddock with cajun seasoning and crumble it onto the tacos
  3. Fill with shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, cole slaw and drizzle chipotle mayo.
