Discover Newport brought us Chef/Owner Liz Barrett of Barrett’s Garden from Hope & Main to show us how to make their “Farmesan” & “Fauxcotta” Vegan Cheese.

Farmesan Ingredients:

  • Cashews
  • Nutritional yeast
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt

Farmesan Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend for for 20 sec. Voila! Done!

Fauxcotta Ingredients:

  • Tofu
  • Nutritional yeast
  • Oregano
  • Basil
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt

Fauxcotta Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend for 1 minute. Boom! Done!
