In the kitchen today we welcome Chef Eddy Colace from Dublin Rose Sports Pub making Country Fried Chicken.


  • Country Fried Chicken Breast
  • Roasted corn
  • Yukon gold mashed potato
  • Homemade white gravy

Directions for Chicken:

  1. Tenderize chicken breast
  2. Dip & let sit in flour
  3. Dip in egg wash and return to flour
  4. Don’t pound down, gently toss
  5. Fry in 330 degree canola oil until golden brown

Directions for Corn:

  1. Sautee sweet corn in butter
  2. Add salt, pepper, & garlic to taste

Directions for Mashed Potatoes:

  1. Boil Yukon gold potatoes till soft (do not peel)
  2. Drain water, add butter & light cream
  3. Add salt, pepper, garlic & whisk together

Directions for White Gravy:

  1. Melt butter
  2. Add flour
  3. Mix in chicken stock & seasonings
