Chef Keith Severino of McBride’s Pub joined us in The Rhode Show kitchen to show us how to make their Corned Beef and Cabbage.

For the Mashed Potatoes:
- Heavy Cream
- The mashed potatoes take about 30 minutes and consist of potatoes, milk, heavy cream, salt and pepper to taste and butter.
- The cabbage takes about 15 minutes – 10 minutes to blanch and 3 minutes to saute – cabbage and salt and pepper to taste.
