Chef Keith Severino of McBride’s Pub joined us in The Rhode Show kitchen to show us how to make their Corned Beef and Cabbage.


  • Corned Beef
  • Onion
  • Black Pepper
  • Beer
  • Cabbage

 For the Mashed Potatoes:

  • Milk
  • Heavy Cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter


  1. The mashed potatoes take about 30 minutes and consist of potatoes, milk, heavy cream, salt and pepper to taste and butter.
  2. The cabbage takes about 15 minutes – 10 minutes to blanch and 3 minutes to saute – cabbage and salt and pepper to taste.
