In the Kitchen: Breakfast of Irish Champions

In the Kitchen brings Chef Bob Burke from Pot au Feu back to the Rhode Show kitchen showing us how to use leftovers from St. Patrick’s Day to make a Breakfast of Irish Champions…a Corned Beef Hash Benedict.


  • Corned Beef
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • Cabbage
  • Potatoes
  • Eggs
  • Butter
  • English Muffin
  • Hollandaise Sauce


  1. Chop leftover corn beef, carrots, onions, cabbage, potatoes.
  2. Form into patties.
  3. Sauté in butter until warm throughout and crispy on the outside.
  4. Poach one egg for each patty.
  5. Place on toasted English muffin half.
  6. Top with Hollandaise Sauce.
