In the Kitchen: Salmon Bowl

Joining us in the kitchen today is Chef Dan Delancey from Lobster Trap restaurant, making a Salmon Bowl. 

Ingredients: 

  • 8 oz Maine Salmon
  • 1 Baby Bockchoy
  • 1/2 oz Sliced Carrots
  • 3 Small Shiitake Mushrooms Sliced 
  • 1 oz Shitto Pep 
  • 1 Red Chili 

Ingredients for Broth: 

  • 1/4 Cup Soy
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger 
  • 1 Scallion
  • 1 teaspoon Cilantro 
  • 1 Tablespoon Dashi Powder 
  • 1 Tablespoons Mirin 

Directions for Salmon:

  1. Sear salmon in pan 
  2. Cook 350* degrees for 4-5 minutes 

Directions for Broth: 

  1. Add all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil
