They share their recipe for Braised Short Rib with Sweet Potato Gnocchi. Here’s what you’ll need to cook along with us today:

INGREDIENTS: 

8 oz. six hour braised short rib, with braising liquid

2 oz. bell pepper trio medley

2 oz. wild mushrooms

4 oz. sherry demi glace

5 oz. sweet potato gnocchi

1 oz crispy Vidalia onion strings

caramelized onions & smoked bacon sour cream (dollop)

STEPS:

* Pan sear peppers & mushrooms with spinach

* Add Demi

* Toss with gnocchi

* Top with roasted short rib

* Add dollop of sour cream and onion straws
