Slater Mill Paranormal Investigation- Join renowned New England paranormalist and Old Slater Mill interpreter Carl L. Johnson for a guided, after-dark investigation of the historic 1793 Old Slater Mill factory, the 1810 Wilkinson Mill waterwheel bay, and the 1758 Sylvanus Brown House. Doors at 8:00, Investigation begins at 8:30 PM. Ages 15+

HeritageFest- HeritageFest 2018 celebrates its 38th year with 3 days of food, culture and some of the best RI music as well as international talent and national tribute acts. Featured Musical Artists: Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Terry Sylvester formerly of The Hollies, Kissnation, Penny Lane Band, The New Providence Big Band featuring Miss Katie Kleyla, Whole Lotta Heart, 8 Track Classics with The David Tessier All-Star Stars, The Pete Silva Project, Legacy Band & Show, John Emil, Brendan Rush, Bard The Band, and School of Rock. Dell Technologies Hall of Fame Open- Just after Wimbledon each year, top ATP World Tour pros head to Newport to compete in the Dell Technologies Hall of Fame Open, the first stop of the summer swing for pro tennis in the United States. Contested on the historic grass tennis courts of the International Tennis Hall of Fame, offers the only opportunity to see professional men's tennis in the Northeast prior to the US Open.

WaterFire Providence Full Lighting- WaterFire Providence welcomes back long-time sponsor Fidelity Investments.
