Workout before taking on the obstaplunge

Ryan McGowan from Laid-back Fitness shares exercises to incorporate if you're looking to take on an obstacle-style race like the Frozen Clam Dip and Obstaplunge on New Year's Day. The event will benefit Mentor Rhode Island.



90 minute lunges - imagine you're standing in the middle of an analog clock, then step to 12:00, 1:30, 3:00, 4:30, 6:00 with right foot and 12:00, 10:30, 9:00, 7:30, and 6:00 with left foot.
Hand-release pushups - from knees or feet, lower chest to ground, lift hands off ground, push back up to starting position.
