We’ve already had some scattered showers and downpours move through, and a few more are possible today. While the day won’t be a “washout”, we’ll continue to see an occasional shower pop up. There’s also a low risk for an isolated thunderstorm and some localized heavy downpours.
It will be a warm, humid day with afternoon highs approaching 80 inland, and in the upper 60s to lower 70s along the coast. The risk of showers ends this evening with clearing skies and dropping humidity.
That sets us up for a beautiful weekend. Inland highs will climb to the upper 70s with a sea breeze keeping the coast closer to 70. Nighttime lows will fall into the 50s.
