Very cold and dry weather continues into the  daylight hours of Wednesday. Snow will arrive early Wednesday evening (7-8PM),  becoming steadier later at night, then winding down by Thursday morning. Slippery travel is likely with 2-4 inches of snow expected to fall.  Drier weather returns later Thursday morning and afternoon.
