PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Two different products are being recalled this week due to a possible fire risk, as well as some frozen foods for potentially containing glass.
Approximately 374,000 allen + roth Linden and Brainerd Ironton wall plates were recalled because they can dislodge from the backplate and short circuit the outlet, which could cause an electrical shock or fire.
The manufacturer, Liberty Hardware, said it’s received two reports of short circuits.
The wall plates were sold online and at Lowe’s from Jan. 2013 through Jan. 2016.
Consumers should remove the plates immediately and contact Liberty Hardware for a full refund.

Another possible fire hazard comes in the form of a 32-inch wall clock. Z Gallerie said the batteries inside can overheat due to defective battery springs.
The clocks were sold online and at stores nationwide for about $400 from July 2015 through Jan. 2016.
Consumers should stop using the clocks immediately and contact Z Gallerie for a full refund and a $50 gift card.

As we reported Thursday, Nestle voluntarily recalled a limited number of DiGiorno, Lean Cuisine, and Stouffer’s products because they might contain small pieces of glass.
According to Nestle, no injuries have been reported. They have a full list of recalled items and production codes on their website.
