EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — 12 News political analyst Joe Fleming joined 12 News in studio Wednesday morning to go in-depth about Congressman David Cicilline’s decision to leave Washington.
Cicilline is becoming the next president and CEO of the Rhode Island Foundation and said he will step down effective June 1.
