REHOBOTH, Mass. (WPRI) — Rehoboth Police are investigating a deadly head-on collision that left a Seekonk man dead.
The crash happened in the area of 134 Agricultural Avenue just after 2:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon.
The Bristol County District Attorney’s Office identified the driver of the motorcycle as Anthony Kishfy, 62, who was pronounced dead at the scene after his motorcycle was struck head-on by the truck. Police tell Eyewitness News he was wearing a helmet at the time.
The driver of the truck, Jeffery Fisk, Jr., 40, of Rehoboth, now faces charges of felony motor vehicle homicide and operating under the influence.
Fisk is being held on $100,040 bail and is expected to be arraigned in Taunton District Court on Monday morning.
The incident is under investigation by the Rehoboth Police Department, Massachusetts State Police Crash Reconstruction Unit, The Bristol County District Attorney’s Office, and the Massachusetts Medical Examiner.
