PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Tropical Storm Henri made landfall in Westerly around 12:15 p.m. on Sunday with winds of 60 mph after moving over Block Island in the morning.

The storm is expected to move across Connecticut and into New York early Monday. We’ll continue to see some gusty winds and a few additional showers in our area. Henri has weakened to a tropical depression.
