BOSTON (WPRI) — Massachusetts state police have cited the driver of the tractor-trailer which hit the ceiling of the Tip O'Neill tunnel Thursday morning.
State police said the vehicle was over height and width limits when it crashed at 6 a.m.

Because debris was scattered all over the road, the crash caused massive delays during the Thursday morning commute. According to WBZ - traffic was backed up for miles.
