PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Stop and Stop has issued a voluntary recall of certain Nature Made dietary supplement products.

The supermarket will be removing the products from sale because of a recall by Pharmavite LLC, which said the products can possibly be contaminated with micro-organisms, which may include Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, yeast and mold.

Shoppers that have already purchased the products should throw out the rest of the supplement and bring the receipt to Stop & Shop for a full refund.

To date, Stop & Shop has not received any reports of illnesses.
