Man caught on camera breaking into North Providence Town Hall

NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man who was caught on surveillance video breaking into North Providence Town Hall.

The suspect, who appears to be a white male with a beard wearing a black jacket, white t-shirt and jeans, broke into the building around 2:30 a.m. on March 31, according to police.

Police said they do not believe anything of value was stolen.

Anyone with information on the suspect should contact Detective Daniel Biafore at (401) 231-4533 ext. 174.
