Police searching for couple that stole $20K+ worth of designer glasses

WARWICK, R.I. (WPRI) — Police are searching for a couple who they say stole more than $20,000 worth of glasses from a Lenscrafters.

According to the Warwick Police Department, a man and woman entered the store, located on Bald Hil l Road, and selected several pairs of high-end glasses.

The stolen glasses included 28 Tiffany frames worth more than $8,870, 27 Prada frames worth $8,050 and 9 Versace frames worth $2,730.

The two then left the store with the glasses and fled the area in a Dodge Caravan or Chrysler Town & Country.
