CRANSTON, R.I. (WPRI) — Police responded to a rollover crash in Cranston early Monday morning.
A 12 News crew on scene observed a grey sedan flipped on its side on Laten Knight Road just before 3:15 a.m.
Cranston Police Chief Michael Winquist told 12 News the car veered off the road and hit a tree. The car also hit a mailbox.
The driver did not appear to be under the influence of any substances, according to Winquist. They were cited with operating without an insurance and laned roadway.
No injuries were reported.
