Woman missing from Waltham, Mass. may be headed to RI

WALTHAM, Mass. (WPRI) — Police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing 27-year-old female, who may be headed to Rhode Island.

Waltham police say that Tealeesha Gillespie has been missing since Dec. 1 and was last seen on Lake Street and Lexington Street.

According to police, Gillespie was last seen wearing a red bow in her hair, white t-shirt with a large U.S. flag on the front, a black drawstring-style backpack, grey sweatpants and sneakers.

Waltham police has information that she may be headed to Woonsocket, R.I., and riding public transportation.

Gillespie is developmentally delayed with some mental health issues, according to police.
