Woman charged with OUI following traffic stop

REHOBOTH, Mass. (WPRI) — Police have charged a Fall River woman with OUI after she was pulled over in Rehoboth Thursday evening.

According to the Rehoboth Police Department, Amy Weber, 43, was driving on Winthrop Street when she was pulled over for having an expired license.

Police said during the traffic stop, the officer noticed Weber was impaired and conducted field sobriety tests before placing her under arrest.

Weber is charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. She was released on personal recognizance and will be arraigned Friday.
