REHOBOTH, Mass. (WPRI) — Police are investigating after an Attleboro man was killed in a crash Tuesday afternoon.
The crash, involving an SUV and a parked flatbed truck, happened on Park Street near Tremont Street in Rehoboth.
The victim, identified by police as a 54-year-old man, was a passenger in the SUV.
Five additional victims were transported to Rhode Island Hospital with injuries that don’t appear to be life-threatening, according to police.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation at this time.
