BRIDGEWATER, Mass. (WPRI) — Witnesses say a double stabbing in Bridgewater Monday morning may have been the result of a family dispute.
Bridgewater police said officers were called to a home on Yoke Road after receiving several 911 calls about a stabbing.
When officers arrived on scene, police said they found a man and woman suffering from knife wounds.
Police said the pair was taken to a local hospital by ambulance. Their conditions are unknown.
Police say a male suspect was arrested at the scene. However, investigators have not identified the suspect or the victims as of late Monday morning.
An investigation of the incident is underway.
