Police in Providence investigate after bicyclist struck


PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Police in Providence are investigating after a bicyclist was struck by a vehicle late Thursday night.

Police responded to the scene on Eddy Street around 10:30 p.m. where the bicyclist was hit.

Eyewitness News saw an ambulance leaving the scene shortly afterward.

It is unclear if the bicyclist was injured or what caused the crash.
