PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Crews responded to a fire in Providence early Tuesday morning.

Officials say a car fire sparked next to a house on Dunford Street just after 1 a.m.

Firefighters were able to quickly get the flames under control in about ten minutes, resulting in minor damage to the home.

No injuries were reported and the cause remains unknown.
