EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — 12 News Law Enforcement Analyst Steven O’Donnell spoke to 12 News Friday about the Pawtucket police officer who was acquitted of all charges lobbied against him for shooting a teenager while off-duty.
