JOHNSTON, R.I. (WPRI) — A pickup truck, with apparently no one inside, slammed into a Johnston home Wednesday morning.
The homeowner on Central Avenue told 12 News he had just finished mowing his lawn when the runaway truck came barreling down the hill from Dawn Drive across the street.
The truck hit the home’s mailbox and then the house itself.
No one was injured in the crash.
