TIVERTON, R.I. (WPRI) — Police have arrested a man they say broke into a Tiverton restaurant and stole the safe containing thousands of dollars and several bottles of alcohol.

According to the Tiverton Police Department, officers received a report of a break-in at The Boat House on Schooner Drive last Thursday.

After releasing a surveillance image of the suspect, police received tips identifying the suspect as Lino Loyola, 55, of Middletown.
