NEWPORT, R.I. (WPRI) — Police are investigating after a man was found dead inside of a portable toilet in Newport Monday morning.
Officers were called to Coddington Highway at John Chaffee Boulevard after a worker in the area discovered the man’s body.
Police only identified the man as a 48-year-old Newport resident.
It’s unclear at this time whether the man’s death is considered suspicious.
