EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Warwick Mayor Frank Picozzi joined 12 news at 4 Friday to discuss an ongoing animal cruelty investigation involving two dogs found roaming near Oakland Beach.
He also talked about an ongoing investigation in which a teenager, who later died, was reportedly given fentanyl at a hotel in the city.
