EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — George Krol, an adjunct professor at the U.S. Naval War College and former ambassador who served in Ukraine and Russia, joined 12 News at 4 Thursday to discuss the ongoing war between the two nations.

He also provided insight into President Joe Biden signing the bipartisan debt limit deal and how it could impact the country’s involvement in the war.
