EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT) Director Peter Alviti joined 12 News at 4 Tuesday to discuss the state’s response to the snowstorm that moved in overnight.
Alviti was also asked about whether he believes Rhode Island Public Transportation Authority CEO Scott Avedisian should resign, after Senate President Dominick Ruggerio suggested the agency merge with RIDOT.
